Unga'doek'i Shipping Policy

At Unga'doek'i, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, including timely and efficient shipping of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Courier Guy (Overnight Delivery): Cost: 150.00 ZAR

  • Delivery Time: Overnight delivery, except on weekends.

  • Dispatch Days: All packages will be sent out on Wednesday and Thursday.

  • Pep Paxi (Standard Delivery):

  • Cost: 60.00 ZAR

  • Delivery Time: 7 - 9 business days.

  • Dispatch Days: Packages are dispatched on business days, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Important Information:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us. We will work diligently to resolve any problems and ensure you receive your order promptly.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping within South Africa. If you require international shipping, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

  • Non-Delivery Days: Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver packages on weekends and public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unga'doek'i Return and Refund Policy

At Unga'doek'i, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Policy:

Eligibility:

·         Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

·         Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

·         For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable.

Return Process:

·         To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@undadoeki.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

·         Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs:

·         Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

·         We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Policy:

·         Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·         Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

·         If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Partial Refunds:

·         In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
